The following describes the Terms and Conditions of the Auto Loan Title Loans Referral Program. In these Terms, “Auto Loan,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer collectively to Auto Loan Express LLC, doing business as Auto Loan Title Loans, including its affiliates and subsidiaries.

If you wish to participate in the Referral Program described below, you agree to the terms set forth in Part I, as well as the General Terms and Conditions in Part II, which govern all participation in the Referral Program.

Please note that:

Friends or family members you wish to refer must use your unique referral link to register and apply for an eligible Auto Loan Title Loan through www.autoloanpr.com or through our designated channels.

Only one referral reward per new customer is allowed. You will not receive multiple rewards for the same referred person, even if they obtain multiple loans.

Additional terms and conditions apply.

Each person referred must be someone with whom you have a direct, personal relationship. You may not distribute referral links through mass email campaigns, paid advertising, or similar promotional methods.

Auto Loan reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any participant from the Referral Program at any time and reserves the right to reject referrals that, in our sole discretion, have been solicited in a manner inconsistent with the spirit or terms of this Program.

Anyone referred must not have an existing Auto Loan account. To protect customer privacy, account information or loan eligibility of referred individuals cannot be shared with the referring customer.

A successful referral is defined as a new customer who:

1. Uses the referrer’s personal and unique referral link to register;
2. Completes the loan application process;
3. Opens an eligible Auto Loan account; and
4. Receives loan proceeds disbursement within 90 days of registration.

Eligible accounts include title loans originated directly through Auto Loan Title Loans. No reward will be paid for applications that are denied, incomplete, withdrawn, or not disbursed.

Referral Program — Part I

Loan Referral Program

The terms below and those set forth in Part II govern your participation in the Auto Loan Express LLC Referral Program.

The Referral Program is open to any customer who registers through our website or applies for a loan through our authorized channels and resides in the jurisdictions where Auto Loan Express LLC offers services (“Eligible Referrers”).

Eligible Referrers may refer friends, family members, colleagues, or other individuals who may be interested in applying for an Auto Loan title loan (“Eligible Beneficiaries”).

Auto Loan reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Program at any time.

To receive credit for a referral:

1. The Referrer must send their unique referral link to the Eligible Beneficiary;
2. The Beneficiary must register and complete the process within 90 days of receiving the link;
3. The Beneficiary must obtain an approved and funded title loan.

If all conditions are met:

• The Eligible Referrer will receive $25 for each successful referral;
• If the Referrer has an active loan, the reward may be credited toward their outstanding balance;
• If the Referrer has no active balance, payment may be issued by bank transfer or rewards balance.

Only one $25 referral bonus will be awarded for each referred customer, even if the referred customer receives multiple loans.

The referral reward will not be paid if:

• The referred customer already has an Auto Loan account;
• The referral link was not used correctly;
• The application is not approved;
• The loan is not funded;
• The referred customer resides outside our service area.

General Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program — Part II

Referral Limit

Auto Loan reserves the right to limit the number of times a referral link may be used.

Referral links may not be used in any manner that is misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of applicable law. This includes but is not limited to:

• Creating fake accounts;
• Self-referrals;
• Using bots or automated systems;
• Bulk distribution of referral links;
• Any activity intended to manipulate the program.

Auto Loan may revoke rewards or disqualify participants if abuse or fraud is detected.

Payment Methods

Referral rewards are issued as follows:

• Active customers: $25 credit toward loan balance;
• Inactive customers: $25 by bank transfer or rewards balance.

Payments are scheduled after the referred loan has been fully funded and verified.

Eligible customers may be notified by email or SMS.

Non-Solicitation Agreement

Participants agree not to receive additional compensation for referrals outside this Program and not to assist referred individuals in completing loan applications or discussing specific loan terms on behalf of Auto Loan.

Privacy

Auto Loan will not share personal account details, financial information, or loan decision outcomes of referred individuals with the referrer.

Referral status will only be communicated in terms of whether a referral reward has been earned and credited.

All customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Zero Spam Policy

Any referral activity that violates anti-spam laws or falsely implies affiliation with Auto Loan beyond this Program is prohibited.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the Referral Program.

Taxable Income

Referral rewards may constitute taxable income.

Participants are solely responsible for reporting rewards received to applicable tax authorities.

If required by law, Auto Loan may issue the appropriate tax forms for cumulative referral rewards paid during the calendar year.

Conflicts

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotional materials related to the Referral Program, these Terms shall prevail.

Program Changes or Termination

Auto Loan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program at any time.

However, any referral rewards already earned under the Program before termination will be honored according to these Terms.
